J.T. has extensive knowledge and experience in the design and operation of agricultural and light industrial equipment. In his 35 year tenure at CNH (formerly Sperry New Holland, Ford New Holland, and New Holland NA) he served in all positions from Design Engineer to Engineering Manager and Chief Engineer. He’s been involved in the developments of many products from inception to introduction. He is thoroughly familiar with standards, testing and evaluation necessary to assure safe product performance in the marketplace.

J.T. is an expert with longstanding membership of SAE and ASABE and has been granted 31 patents covering a multitude of design and machine concepts.
