Joe has over 35 years of dynamic experience. His knowledge lies in highway, bridge, and building construction, and he can speak to all functions in those areas. Joe also has special knowledge in concrete, blasting, welding, dredging, cranes, rigging, ladders and scaffolds, and demolition work as well. He has engineered traffic detours to re-route 250,000 commuters in and out of Manhattan (New York City). Joe has worked with a 500-ton barge crane to remove steel and concrete from the Central New Jersey Railroad Bridge spanning Newark Bay between Bayonne and Elizabeth.
Joe has received formal training in Maintenance and Protection of Traffic, vehicular and pedestrian, from both the New York and Florida Department of Transportation. He holds four professional certifications, has published a technical paper and is a licensed Professional Engineer in three states.
Joe owns and operates farms in New York and Georgia. His expertise includes the safe operation of various agricultural machines and implements, such as tractors, hay balers, grain elevators, harvesters, and wood splitters. He has supervised safe agricultural operations as well as analyzed proper hay and grain storage for fire hazard reduction. Joe’s agricultural expertise also extends to animal behavior and the safe handling and training of both large and small animals. |
