From contaminated soil areas to sewage treatment facilities to water treatment plants, Donald’s experience in environmental aspects is vast.  For the past 23 years he has owned and operated his own engineering firm that specializes in a variety of civil, structural and mechanical engineering projects.

In previous engineering pursuits for companies like Occidental Chemical Corporation and Acres American, Donald also was heavily involved in paving projects of significant size, and he gained a wealth of experience in diverse environmentally related and infrastructure projects like rehabilitation of steam stations and hydroelectric plants, as well as several improvement projects at Niagara Falls International Airport.  His construction administrative background in these various disciplines also provides him with expertise in construction-related injuries and economic claims.

Donald is a licensed PE in New York.
