There probably isn’t a construction quagmire that Bob hasn’t seen. He brings 50 years of civil engineering experience and knowledge to his practice. He operated his own company, Nasco Construction Services, Inc. for 40 years, after spending his formative years with three other firms.
Nasco focused on claims analysis, project investigation, expert testimony and project management of various tasks, including commercial, residential, and institutional structures, industrial buildings, as well as site improvements, infrastructure, highways and heavy construction. He also gained an array of knowledge in sewers and drainage structures, bridge rehab, new pedestrian overpasses and marine facilities.
Bob is a professional engineer in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and West Virginia. He has been an adjunct professor at New York University as well as a lecturer at Pratt Institute, Columbia University and Cooper Union College. He’s a member of the Society of American Value Engineers and the American Association of Cost Engineers.
