Hydrogeology

When an injury or loss occurs due to flooding, hydraulic structures, ground or surface water pollution, water supply depletion, or similar problems, a forensic hydrologist can evaluate and model the natural hydrologic systems to determine cause and effect.  Robson Forensic will explore the sources of ground and surface water pollution, as well as the effects of various activities on the hydrologic regime.

The effects of construction and operational activities on various soil types that cause conditions such as slope and foundation failures can be evaluated by a forensic engineer or geologist with expertise in soil mechanics, sediment and erosion control, and slope stability analysis.
