Frank’s forensic expertise is in building safety and security, evacuation and exiting routes, the mechanics of walking and falling, visual identification of hazards, standards of walkway, stair and ramp construction and property repair and maintenance.
His design and construction experience includes a diverse array of building types. He’s drawn, from the ground up, commercial and industrial buildings, medical offices, university housing, religious structures, retail stores, clubhouses and restaurants. He also has more than ten years experience in the conversion and renovation of historic buildings, including compliance with national and state preservation guidelines.
Frank is a registered architect in six states, is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, and is a member of the American Institute of Architects. He has recently received training from the National Safety Council and Indiana University on subjects including walking and working surfaces, safety inspections and emergency management.
