Our sports and amusement investigations evaluate the causes of participant injuries and claims to determine:
- Were the equipment and facility safely designed, used and maintained? Was equipment properly fitted?
- Was the activity reasonably supervised and controlled?
- Were participants provided with the necessary skills, tools and information to safely accomplish the tasks involved?
Our recreation and sports experts qualified and experienced designers, builders, manufacturers and operators of recreational products and facilities. Our winter sports, amusement park, aquatics, and playground experts are certified in the safety aspects, and our manufacturing and product engineers are experienced designers and safety experts. We have specialized experts to address human factors and injury causation issues, weather factors, materials failures, vehicle, and the design and operation of marine products and facilities.
