Al has been an Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) Engineering Manager for several Fortune Five hundred companies in several states.  He has developed and implemented ES&H management systems, established emergency response teams, managed work place risk assessments, developed powered industrial truck training and operating procedures, and established OSHA incident review procedures.

With over 30 years of experience, he has designed numerous machine guarding applications for a wide range of industrial equipment.  He has also performed a variety of mechanical engineering functions such as designing industrial HVAC and exhaust systems, high pressure and high temperature process water systems, as well as engineering numerous building expansions.

Al is a Professional Engineer registered by the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES), and is licensed in Georgia, Ohio, and Kentucky. He is also a Certified Safety Professional.
