Bill has over 30 years experience in large-scale engineering, construction, and real estate development projects. For more than 20 years, he has focused on land development and land planning. He provides expert analysis in land acquisition, strategic planning, entitlements, design program management, and site development issues. He has specialized expertise in the construction of large-scale master-planned communities and environmental issues including wetland mitigation, mass earthwork, blasting, and erosion control.

Bill’s areas of project management experience include constructability reviews, Critical Path Method scheduling, cost estimating, value engineering, securing permit approvals, evaluating delay claims, dispute resolution, and change order analysis. Prior to joining Robson Forensic, Bill directed design and development programs at such acclaimed, high profile, and large-scale communities as Sun City Hilton Head and Weston, Florida.

Bill is a licensed professional engineer in Florida, North Carolina and South Carolina. He is a member of numerous professional associations including the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), the National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE), and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). He has also served on several city and county appointed boards.
