Medical Malpractice
In a hospital, medical office, medical laboratory or patient care setting, a clinical engineer is responsible for all medical equipment, facilities, infrastructure, machines, medical devices, procedures, their interactions with each other, as well as the maintenance, calibrations, and repair of these systems.

When an injury or loss occurs, a forensic clinical engineer can evaluate claims, both for the plaintiff or the defense. these claims can involve the failure, incorrect adjustment and/or misuse of the equipment. RFI's experts can determine liability and provide expert testimony.

Robson Forensic's clinical and other experts can investigate these and related issues. We can demonstrate how facilities, equipment, operators, individually or in concert, caused or did not cause, the failures and/or injuries.
