James has been an Electrical Engineer in the traffic signal industry for 35 years.  He has been involved in engineering, quality control, marketing and product development including the development of a complete line of microprocessor traffic signal control equipment.

James has held management positions with companies like Traffic Control Technologies, Inc., Crouse-Hinds Traffic Control Products, and Washington Technologies.

He’s a Professional Engineer in New York and is a member of several professional organizations including the Institute of Transportation Engineers and the Illuminating Engineering Society of North America.
