Safety

Workplace safety consists of a broad based set of responsibilities covering machine design, machine guarding, design of facilities and work stations, warnings and safety instructions, personal protective equipment, training, and supervision.  OSHA regulations exist to define the responsibilities of employers and their role in providing a safe workplace.  Additionally, machine builders and outside maintenance groups have responsibility with regard to workplace safety as well.

Robson Forensic can evaluate matters related to workplace safety, providing technical assistance and guidance towards case approach.
