William E. J. Martin, A.I.A., NCARB

Will Martin is a licensed contractor, registered architect, and construction manager with twenty years experience working directly in construction. His combination of architectural and construction project management experience encompass a broad range of built projects, from single family housing to institutional and military construction. His areas of expertise include constructability reviews, cost analysis for construction changes and reconstruction, CPM scheduling and schedule analysis for delay claims, code reviews for construction or maintenance defects, and water intrusion investigations.
Will’s analysis is based upon broad experience with various building types and technologies, various computerized scheduling and estimating methods, and a wide variety of project owners. Direct experience with delays based on faulty documents, subcontractor delays, and misleading bid documents forms the basis for technical investigation and expert analysis on construction contract disputes, delays, constructability problems, defect claims, and personal injuries caused by design, construction or maintenance issues.
Will is a registered architect in the State of Washington, a member of the Seattle chapter of NAIOP, and a member of the American Institute of Architects. He is also a licensed contractor in the State of Washington.
