While a member of the Rutgers University Police Department, Jeff Jannarone played a prominent role in educating students about alcohol and drugs of abuse. Jeff developed this brochure, which was distributed by the university, to provide students with an educational foundation on drugs and alcohol, as well as support resources available to students.
As an expert at Robson Forensic, Jeff is regularly retained to investigate matters related to dram shop and liquor liability, police practices and procedures, and safety and security issues related to college campuses.

As a police officer with the Rutgers University Police Department, Jeff was responsible for providing law enforcement and security services on and around the university campus. His duties often involved investigating criminal incidents that included the illegal sale and use of alcohol and drugs, the implementation of crime prevention programs, and the safety and security of those in attendance at various university events. Jeff has extensive experience conducting field sobriety tests and has provided trial testimony on more than 200 occasions. Jeff retired from the Rutgers University Police Department as a Sergeant, where he spearheaded several initiatives to curtail violence and the illegal sale and use of drugs and alcohol.
