Mark provides technical investigations, analysis, reports, and testimony towards the resolution of commercial and personal injury litigation involving premises liability, including slips, trips, and falls related to, but not limited to, retail displays, playgrounds, recreational facilities, security, and building equipment.

Mark brings 30 years of work in the design and construction of buildings and premises to each of his cases. His expertise is drawn from his experience in the fields of architecture, building construction, and real estate. His experience has included health care, educational, church, office, municipal, industrial, and retail facilities, historic preservation, and a wide variety of residential building types (condominiums, apartment buildings, and custom residences).

Mark is a licensed Architect, and a member of the American Institute of Architects, and the Connecticut Society of Architects.
