Electrical Engineer

For nearly 40 years, Paul has worked in the design and construction of electrical power systems for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. His experience includes developing and publishing construction standards and materials specifications for both overhead and underground electrical power systems. He investigates electrically related injuries, defects, and failures including electrocutions, fires, electrical control devices and products, and issues of design and construction.

Paul is also a licensed pilot and experienced naval officer, working as an Aeronautical Engineering Duty Officer for Naval Air Systems Command, a Carrier Jet Pilot, and a Naval Aviator. He is an active committee member with the Electrical Council of New England, the Association of Edison Illuminating Committees, and is a Commercial Pilot with Multi-Engine and Instrument Ratings. He is a licensed professional engineer in Connecticut.
