Medical Malpractice

In a hospital, medical office, medical laboratory or patient care setting, a clinical engineer is responsible for all medical equipment, facilities, infrastructure, machines, medical devices, procedures, their interactions with each other, as well as the maintenance, calibrations, and repair of these systems.

When an injury or loss occurs, a clinical engineer can evaluate claims, involving the failure, incorrect adjustment and/or misuse of the equipment.

Robson Forensic's clinical experts can investigate these and related issues. We can demonstrate how facilities, equipment, operators, individually or in concert, caused or did not cause, the failures and/or injuries.
