Our motorcycle and ATV experts are enthusiasts who combine their engineering and industry knowledge of motorcycles and ATVs with hands-on experience. We evaluate issues of operator actions, product defects, tire failures, roadway issues and improper maintenance to reconstruct a crash and determine causation. Our experts have been operating motorcycles and ATV’s longer than they have been operating automobiles and can assemble them from scratch. We have built and modified bikes for cross-country racing, including engine-building, chassis-tuning, maintenance and failure diagnosis. Professionally, our experts have performed testing and evaluations for major manufacturers and government agencies and completed Motorcycle Safety Foundation-sponsored training. Many are active members of national motorcycle associations, including serving as technical presenters with the American Motorcyclist Association.
- Motorcycle Reconstruction - Experts Investigate Multiple Motorcycle Crash
In this case, four motorcycles and an automobile were involved in a crash on a multi-lane highway. The crash occurred at night on an unlighted area of the roadway, and was related to a police stop of traffic. Multiple collisions occurred and a motorcyclist died while three other motorcyclists were injured. Robson Forensic performed a crash reconstruction utilizing the roadway evidence, vehicle evidence, testimony and motorcyclists' injuries to prove how the events involved in the crash occurred and if the actions of the motorcyclists were foreseeable. - Driveway Collision - Experts Investigate Motorcycle-Car Collision
An older driver pulled out from a driveway with sight obstructions to the left and the right. The motorcyclist,
with right of way on the through road, was forced into an evasive braking maneuver; the motorcycle fell onto
its side and then slid into the exiting car. The motorcyclist was severely injured.
Robson Forensic involved three experts: a highway engineer, a human factors specialist, and a
motorcycle expert.

- Intersection Crash – Expert Reconstructs Motorcycle-Car Collision
A motorcycle and car collided in an intersection. The motorcyclist landed in a yard on the other side of the car. The speed limit on the road was 25 mph. The motorcyclist was severely injured, the car driver less so.

- Motorcycle - Automobile Collision - Expert Opinion Supports Defense Verdict
A motorcycle collided with the rear of an automobile near an intersection on a multi-lane roadway. The plaintiff motorcyclist alleged that the defendant automobile driver turned right out of the intersection and directly into the right lane that the motorcyclist was traveling in. The automobile driver said that she pulled into the right lane when it was clear of traffic, but other traffic was in the left lane approaching the intersection.
