Fire Origin & Cause Expert, Arson Investigation Expert

Bill brings more than thirty-five years of fire fighting experience to each investigation. Throughout his career he has held various positions including Company Captain, Department Captain Drillmaster, and Deputy Fire Marshal. Bill spent the last eleven years of his fire-fighting career as Fire Marshal for New Milford, CT.

As Fire Marshal, Bill managed 70-150 fire investigations annually. In addition to determining origin and cause Bill is qualified in other areas such as Building Codes and Inspection, Emergency Response to Hazardous Materials, Incident Response to Terrorist Bombings, and Confined Space Safety. Bill also provides technical support to resolve questions related to fire department operations and personnel including hiring, training, and staff supervision.

Bill holds the following professional certifications; Certified Fire Investigator, Certified Fire & Explosion Investigator, Fire Inspector and Certified Building Official. He is also a member of various professional organizations including the (NFPA) National Fire Protection Association, (ISEE) International Society of Explosives Engineers, the (IAAI) International Association of Arson Investigators and (NAFI) National Association of Fire Investigators.
