Gary is a Civil and Petroleum Engineer with diverse career experience. He provides technical investigations, analysis, reports, and testimony toward the resolution of injuries and claims related to gas/oil well drilling and development, as well as civil engineering claims and construction safety matters.
Gary worked for Gulf Oil E&P and Chevron USA, where he had “five hard years” of hands-on experience with oil and natural gas production operations. He was responsible for bringing wells into the production phase and maintaining the production of existing wells. The scope of his work included workovers and remedial well work, well stimulation, engineering analysis of production operations, production facility design and construction, land reclamation, production management, and supervision of personnel.
Gary worked fifteen years as the Mining Engineering Consultant for a Township. He assisted the Township in administering a twelve year long grant with the United States Department of Energy for abandoned mine remediation. His responsibilities in this role included site hazard assessment, geotechnical testing, geophysical testing, engineering design for stabilization and closure plans, and construction project management services.
Gary’s Civil Engineering projects include highway design, site design, drainage improvements, retaining walls, concrete and asphalt replacement, and residential building structural design and component replacement. He has extensive experience providing engineering evaluations of site and building elements and preparation of capital reserve schedules for Community Associations.
Gary is a licensed professional engineer in Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Colorado, and Texas. He is a graduate of the Colorado School of Mines and a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.

- Engineering Professional Liability - Expert Investigates Damage to Adjacent Structure
While construction was being performed on an adjacent site, the owner of an 80,000 square foot, two story office building complained repeatedly of vibrations in his building. After the construction was over he later claimed to have just discovered significant damage to his five year old building that could only have been caused by the vibrations. We reviewed the claimed damage, the original construction drawings for the owner’s building and the history of the adjacent construction.
