Peter has more than twenty years of experience in the sale, rental and maintenance of industrial equipment including trucks, forklifts, aerial lifts, racking equipment, dock equipment, and their associated accessories. He provides investigations, reports and testimony regarding liability and the standard of care involved in the selection, training, maintenance, sale and rental of equipment to businesses and the general public.

Peter was Sales Manager and Owner of a full service equipment dealership that designed, sold, purchased, rented and leased customized forklift trucks. In this role, he developed complete fleet maintenance plans including maintenance, breakdown service, ANSI inspections and operational maintenance. He also surveyed sites for the rental, purchase and lease of scissor lifts, boom lifts, and knuckle booms, utilizing both electric and internal combustion power sources.

In addition to his experience with a variety of lift truck applications, Peter also provided work positioning devices, including racking and mezzanine systems as well as loading dock equipment, including hydraulic and mechanical levelers, dock boards, dock locks and restraining devices. Peter holds a B.S. in Small Business Administration has completed coursework on Advanced Warehousing Design and served on the Board of Directors for the Maine Pulp and Paper Association.
