In addition to his work as a Forensic Document Examiner with Robson Forensic, Mark Songer also trains bipartisan election officials in Colorado on ballot signature verification. He explains in this interview with NBC 9News in Denver that although a person’s signature can change over time, this does not mean their ballot will be rejected.
