About Hilton Head Cycling
Hilton Head Cycling, Inc. (HHC) is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation and is a sponsored club licensed by USA Cycling, the national governing body for the sport of cycling in the United States. Founded in 2010, Hilton Head Cycling combines the talents of competitive cyclists from the local Hilton Head/South Carolina Low Country and Savannah, Georgia areas with additional elite athletes to produce a competitive regional cycling team. It’s mission is to promote the sport of cycling and provide quality training and racing environments for accomplished and promising athletes of all ages, while fostering regional, national or international amateur cycling sports competition and supporting development of amateur cycling athletes for that national or international competition, and to promote cycling safety and awareness. The race video below highlights the fourth annual “Rumble at Roebling Road” bicycle race series at the Roebling Road Raceway near Savannah on August 6 and 7, 2016. This event, on a closed course motorsport circuit, includes spectator friendly racing for competitive men and women cyclists of all ages and skill levels.

Bill Brewer is both a member of Hilton Head Cycling and a civil engineer at Robson Forensic. In addition to construction claims investigations, Bill applies his expertise to forensic investigations involving bicycle infrastructure. With over 30 years of experience in large-scale development projects, Bill has extensive experience involving the design, construction, and maintenance of roadways, paths, and other municipal infrastructure.
