Lauren MacKinnon Business Development

Lauren MacKinnon manages business development efforts for Robson Forensic in Nevada, Arizona, and parts of SoCal. Lauren holds a firm standard that the strength of her relationships comes first. State to state, genre to genre, this standard has supported her endeavors and continues to allow new opportunities to evolve.

Growing up in Las Vegas during its prime, Lauren became quickly acclimated to a world economy and the skills required to thrive in fast-paced environment. Stepping into the fine wine and luxury sales, she carved a path for herself as an Advanced Sommelier and wine buyer for multi-million-dollar programs to include Caesar’s Palace and the MGM Grand. Her successes, as one of only a handful female Sommeliers worldwide at the time, gave her the confidence to branch out into business for herself.

Lauren graduated Summa Cum Laude from ASU and spent the next 10 years building out a portfolio of small to medium businesses with her team and various partners:15 companies across 4 states, all with Lauren either at the helm or in a board advisory position. This experience has granted her a unique perspective in understanding how best to meet the needs of the firm’s clients.  

Lauren is an athlete and mom to four, including twin boys. Her family lives for the outdoors: distance running, climbing Colorado’s acclaimed 14ers, and a side of golf. The family fosters the importance of relationship and community building, leading numerous volunteer, coaching, and mentoring efforts every year, with the kids in full participation.
