Matthew McDermand Business Development

Matt McDermand manages business development efforts for Robson Forensic in New York City. He covers his territory with a love for the city a few stops off the L-train in Brooklyn.

Matt brings a unique background to the business development team having a degree in Biomedical Engineering and 8+ years in the SaaS industry both as account executive and team manager. He grew up in Scottsdale, Arizona, attended Arizona State University and worked in tech on the west coast before venturing to NYC around 2020. The experience he has gained in engineering and technology is key to fostering lasting relationships that get results quickly.

When he's not on the case, Matt is an avid golfer. In fact, he is licensed to teach and has passed the PGA Playing test for teachers. A 75 at Bethpage Black recently highlights some excellent golf around the world including Sunningdale in England, the Plantation Course, and even Phuket, Thailand. He looks forward to working with you.
