Anthony is a Registered Architect with over 27 years of professional experience in the Architectural and Engineering Consultant industry. His expertise in facility design, construction, and architectural professional practice, along with his extensive experience in the premises safety aspects of the built environment, are applied to relevant forensic casework.

With an architectural career spanning virtually every job description from designer and draftsman to project manager and firm owner, Anthony has experience in all aspects of the profession and has the hands-on experience necessary to address complex issues involving the design, construction, and occupancy of the built environment. His experience in management and leadership, from his years as a project manager and firm owner, provide in-depth knowledge in how the building industry works. His experience includes a wide range of building and facility types, from single and multi family residential, to commercial, retail, hospitality, industrial, and institutional facilities, with a particular focus on detention, correctional, municipal, police and fire, and judicial occupancies.

Anthony is certified by the National Council of Registration Boards (NCARB) with registrations in Arizona, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Kansas, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and the District of Columbia. He is an active member in ASTM International’s Committee F13 on pedestrian/walkway safety and is also a certified user of the English XL slip tester. Anthony is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), both locally and nationally. He is also a member of the American Correctional Association (ACA), and a past member of the code advisory committee to the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), Central Pennsylvania chapter. He recently served in an advisory capacity to the York City School District’s student action committee.
