Providing technical investigations, analysis, reports, and testimony toward the resolution of personal injury litigation involving slip, trip and fall injuries, code compliance issues, construction claims, construction materials failures, and professional liability. Areas of expertise include:

Premises Safety: Walkway construction and safety; elements of human factors relating to the built environment, effectiveness of warnings, illumination, delineation of hazards in parking lots, stairs, ramps, corridors; slip resistance of walkway surfaces, platforms and level changes; walk-off mats; power assisted doors; analysis of site and building drainage issues contributing to the formation of ice as related to slip accidents.

Architectural Practice: Standard of Care, Owner-Architect Agreements, General Conditions, errors and omissions, change order analysis, construction phasing, punch lists, and interpreting contract performance.

• Managed retail, warehouse, and office projects – new construction and renovation, nationwide, included lighting design, flooring selection, ADA, OSHA and building code compliance, life safety systems, elevators, stairs, pedestrian ramps, railings, seismic requirements for fixtures and finish assemblies, standard and hurricane resistant exterior finishes and glazing design, sidewalks, parking lots and site lighting
• Played a critical role in complete project management – requirement analysis, project planning, code analysis, architectural and building systems design, permitting, tracking and final delivery
• Visited project sites and organized periodical meetings to check construction progress and ensure that projects met contract requirements including construction quality and code compliance, and were running within the agreed timeframe for design/build projects and those constructed by outside contractors

• Managed design of new and modified wireless communication facilities with key focus on rooftop and concealment applications nationwide
