David Gardner is a civil engineer with more than twenty-five years of professional experience. He provides investigations, reports, and testimony in matters involving construction claims and injuries. David’s project experience crosses various disciplines within civil engineering, including heavy highway and bridge, municipal engineering, and compressor stations/site work for the natural gas industry.
David has hands-on experience in the design and construction of residential, commercial, and municipal projects. As a Construction Supervisor on large-scale roadway, bridge, and tunnel projects, David was responsible for project construction, construction safety, safety of the traveling public, project scheduling, and maintenance and protection of traffic operations. His experience with roadway systems was further developed as a Municipal Director of Engineering and Planning, where he developed and implemented annual roadway repair and maintenance programs.
