Jason Randle is a Civil Engineer with twenty years of professional construction and engineering experience. His project experience has ranged from General Contractor/Construction Manager to Project Owner on commercial, residential, municipal and institutional projects. As a Construction Management Professional Engineer, Jason has directly managed all site development activities and building construction systems. Jason has diverse experience in construction and development including project management, construction safety, design-build and land development due diligence activities. Jason has led the creation of a comprehensive 25+ section operations manual and directed corresponding training programs for a large construction firm with topics that included procurement, contracting methodology, dispute resolution, quality management, OSHA interaction on projects, and project specific safety programs. Jason has provided executive oversight and management responsibilities of multiple concurrent projects with differing project teams throughout Maryland, Virginia, Washington, DC, Pennsylvania and New Jersey involving master developments, extensive renovations and new construction.

Jason is a licensed Professional Engineer in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, Delaware, Virginia, Georgia, North Carolina, and the District of Columbia; he is a LEED Accredited Professional, has achieved a US Army Corps of Engineers Certified Construction Quality Manager certificate, and has received OSHA 10 and 30 Hour training programs.
