From pools and waterparks to oceans and lakes, our aquatic safety experts have designed and built facilities, trained lifeguards and facilities operators, and developed the standards governing the aquatics industry.

Design, Construction, and Operation

Our experts have training, education, and experience in every aspect of the aquatics industry, from facility design and construction, to operations and maintenance. They are frequently retained to investigate matters involving traumatic injuries, chemical exposures, and economic loss claims.

Our aquatics experts are called upon to determine if the correct safety policies and procedures were upheld, whether staff training met industry standards, and if on-hand medical staff had the appropriate training and tools. Our experts can also conduct failure analysis to determine causation with regard to a wide range of equipment failures including pumps, slides, ladders, diving boards, and rescue equipment.

Our aquatics experts are qualified and experienced in almost every recreational water environment, including pools and spas, lakes, beaches, and waterparks. They have provided training and supervision as part of various organizations and facilities, including schools, camps, community and private pools, and waterfront facilities.
