We are seeking a Highway Engineer with broad engineering design and highway/roadway/bridge construction expertise to provide investigation, analysis, reports and testimony, when technical and scientific answers are needed, to help resolve civil litigation and insurance claims.

The Highway Engineer with have an expertise in: highway/roadway/bridge geometric design, traffic control and construction safety, construction, access/egress design, signal design and maintenance; fieldwork analyses, performing field engineering studies, and, accident investigation.

Experts should be: analytical, thorough and meticulous with their work; as well as possess strong written and verbal communication skills.


  • Civil Engineering degree
  • PE or SE license required
  • 15+ years hands-on experience
  • DOT experience
  • Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a comprehensive team
  • Excellent technical, analytical, writing, and communication skills
