Areas of potential litigation and claims include industrial equipment, safety (equipment, product, procedural), materials handling, and plant layouts. Typical workplace incidents result from such issues as the lack of machine guarding, inadequate instructions and warnings, asphyxiations, ungrounded power lines, chemical exposures and poor indoor air quality. Expertise must include design of industrial equipment and tools, plant layout and work station arrangements, machine operation and guarding, material handling, maintenance and utility systems, and manufacturing processes.


  • Engineering degree required.
  • PE license highly preferred.
  • 15+ years’ experience with at least 10 years of hands-on work.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a comprehensive team.
  • Excellent technical and analytical skill needed.
  • Strong communication skills- both written and verbal are essential.
